We were approached for a collaboration for the design and development of Le Sun Chine's website, as well as their corporate identity. Our collaborating partner, Mei Yue Corporation took care of the bulk of the print design and photography, while we took charge of the entire web design and development.

We presented the boutique hotel with a fusion design of east meets west, combining traditional elements into a modern Flash design. The project started with a flash introduction sequence that summarized the hotel's main highlights.

We then designed a beautiful main page, consisting of a comphoto composition we created from stock and photos we took for the project. The management had also requested for multi lingual support for English, Chinese and Japanese. Displaying chinese on Flash is always a somewhat tricky issue, but we implemented all 3 languages flawlessly, with beautiful slideshows for each of the sections.

An administrative section was created to manage the news section, also available in 3 languages.

The project was an intense endeavor that spanned several months, but in the end, we achieved a polished and slick looking modern Flash website, that highlighted the hotel's fusion of colonial and traditional chinese cultural heritage.
